1.Product Information
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

- All vintage and preloved items may possess minimal wear and tear signs. We will make sure to highlight any visible/major flaws noted.

2. Order process 
- Please submit your order form only if you confirm to purchase. Once we receive your order, we aim to reply you within 24hrs with instructions to pay for your purchase.

- Order forms are expected to be filled up with accurate and complete information to expedite the transaction.

- Information required on the order form are for payment and shipping purposes. We will not attempt to contact you via the phone.

- All orders are handled manually on a first come first served basis. As there is a delay between the time when an order is placed and the time when an order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

3. Payment 
- Payment can be made via cash deposit, bank transfer, inter-bank transfer or via PayPal. If all information on the invoice is confirmed to be accurate,
payment is expected to be received within 2 working days

- We reserve the right to void your order after 2 working days if we do not receive any response from you after sending our order confirmation over.

- Payment via PayPal & Credit/Debit card will incur a fee of 3.4% which will be borne by the buyer, this will be added to the total in your order confirmation/invoice.


4. Shipping
- When you have completed payment and we have received your payment details, we will confirm your payment and proceed to ship your order within 2 business days.

- We will provide a tracking no. for each delivery. The delivery will be trackable on PosMalaysia's website.

- Shipping costs are quoted based on weight of package and destination, cost determined by our postal service and we will combine shipping whenever possible. Shipping options include: Registered Post, PosLaju, e-Parcel and International Registered Post.


5. Cancellation
- You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours of submission. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can release the items to the next interested shopper. We expect our shoppers to be considerate and kind enough to let us know immediately if there has been a change of mind.

- If you don't respond to our sent order confirmation within the stated time-frame, we will also consider that as a cancellation. So be sure to check your spam mails after putting in your order.


6. Returns & Exchanges
- We make all efforts to ensure that all items are in good condition prior them out. Hence, we will not be responsible of your item after sending your tracking number. All items will not be exchangeable & returnable unless there is any fault in the item.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
